HealthChoice of Michigan Plan

The  HealthChoice of Michigan Plan program was developed with the goals of stabilizing healthcare costs to local small businesses and reducing the number of uninsured, many of whom seek care through area emergency rooms rather than primary care physicians.

Business owners throughout Wayne, Oakland and Macomb Counties have taken advantage of the HealthChoice program to provide affordable health care coverage for themselves and their employees.
